- We are pleased to anounce that that Kimberly A. Tissot has accepted the position of Director of Program Services.

- The Disability Action Center is a Qualified Provider through the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs.
- The Disability Action Center is a certified partner with the United Way of the Midlands, United Way of Greenville County, and United Way of the Piedmont.
- The Disability Action Center has a small supply of mobility aides (canes, wheelchairs, walkers) for anyone who needs one. Donations are always welcome.
- Stephen Maglione, Executive Director, has been appointed by Governor Mark Sanford to serve on the South Carolina Independent Living Council.
DAC News
April 28, 2010 - The Disability Action Center (DAC) announced today that Kimberly A. Tissot has accepted the position of Director of Program Services. Kimberly was selected from a candidate pool of more than 60 applicants. Kimberly is currently working as an Advocate and Project Coordinator with Protection and Advocacy for People with Disabilities, Inc. She will begin her responsibilities with the DAC on May 17, 2010.
